In October of this year, in the Navbahor district and the city of Navoi, specialists from the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Navoi region carried out radio monitoring activities in order to monitor the state of the radio frequency spectrum, assess its use and identify violations of the legislation on the radio frequency spectrum.
As a result of radio monitoring, illegally used radio electronic means was recorded on the air, and employees of the Navoi regional branch of the Inspectorate "Uzkomnazorat" under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Navoi region were involved in clarifying the situation. As a result of the operational activities, 21 Baofeng BF-999S and 22 Baofeng BF-888S radio electronic equipment illegally used without appropriate permits were discovered.
These radio-electronic means with the preparation of relevant protocols were seized by prevention inspectors and transferred to the SEMC of Navoi region for technical examination in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 22, 2020
No. 801.
After the technical examination by the specialists of the SEMC of Navoi region, the conclusion was sent to the Department of Internal Affairs of Navoi region for taking measures within the framework of the law.
