Duties
- organizes interaction with other ministries and departments on issues within its competence;
- coordinates and organizes the work of the Administrative and Economic Service, the Logistics and Capital Construction Service and the Aktash recreation area;
- coordinates the organization of material and technical support and capital construction, purchases in the central office and in regional divisions;
- signs invoices issued for services related to the main activity of the enterprise within the limits of his competence;
- ensures the solution of issues related to the fulfillment of the requirements of standards, rules and regulations for labor protection, fire safety in the structural units supervised by him;
- signs documents and examines incoming correspondence, including those marked “secret”, with the exception of correspondence marked “in person”;
- bears personal responsibility for organizing and timely execution of assigned tasks in supervised divisions.

BIOGRAPHY
Was born in 1978.
Nationality - Uzbek
Higher education. In 2004 he graduated from the Tashkent State Economic University with a degree in Information Systems in Economics.
1995-1996 - Manager of the 3628th branch of the People's Bank M. Ulugbek district.
1997 -1999 Counselor of Justice of the State Control of Communications.
From 2000 to 2002 he worked as a specialist of the 2nd category in the credit and economic department of the Tashkent city branch of Hayot Bank "Parvina".
From 2002 to 2006 he worked as a computer engineer, lawyer, head of the industry and transport department of the State Communications Inspectorate.
From 2006 to 2010 - head of the affairs department of the Uzbek Agency for Communications and Informatization.
2010-2017 - Deputy Head of the Oktosh Recreation Area of the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility”.
2017-2021 - Deputy Head of the Department of Affairs of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility".
2021 Deputy Head of Office Management and Quality Control of Production Processes, State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility".
Since November 2021, he has been holding the position of Deputy Head of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility".
R. Adilov is married, has two daughters and two sons.
