Listeners of the event were told that today the place and influence of the Uzbek language in the international arena has increased, as well as the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country to develop the state language.

The history of the development of the Uzbek language goes a long and difficult way through the quiet and silent periods of its glorious history, sharing the pain and joy of the people, as well as our boundless and sacred Motherland. It should be noted that thanks to the Law “On Establishing the Day of the Uzbek Language Holiday,” the Uzbek language acquired a solid legal basis and high status.

Our Uzbek language is one of the oldest and richest languages in the world. For our people, the Uzbek language is a symbol of national identity and independent statehood, priceless spiritual wealth, a great value that occupies an extremely important place in the socio-political, as well as spiritual and educational development of our country.

The Uzbek language, as a bright and invaluable product of centuries-old cultural, scientific, spiritual and artistic thinking, and the intellectual potential of our people, is one of the rich and ancient languages of the world, as evidenced by the inscriptions on the historical monuments of Urkhon-Enasoy, which to this day can provide detailed and substantiated information about trends in the formation and development of the Uzbek language.
