In recent years, large-scale reforms have been carried out in the education sector. In particular, identifying priority areas for systemic reform of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, training highly qualified personnel who think independently, is becoming important in the dynamically developing information age.
From this point of view, the State Unitary Enterprise “CEMС” has been tasked with the implementation of a project to attract and attach students to the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (hereinafter referred to as TUIT) and its branches. The main goal of this cooperation is to effectively ensure the integration of education, science and production and to train qualified personnel for our enterprise.
In particular, a training program has been developed to attract and attach talented students of the Karshi branch of TUIT, selected based on an interview, to SEMС of the Kashkadarya region. According to this plan, training sessions with students are scheduled 2 times a week. Training sessions are conducted by qualified SEMС specialists of the Kashkadarya region. Students' knowledge is assessed through interviews and tests. Training sessions for students are organized based on the activities and objectives of our enterprise.
To summarize, we can say that such ongoing cooperation in the future will make a huge contribution to the training of qualified personnel for our industry.
