On January 28, 2026, the head of the СEMС SUE, R.P. Mansurov, visited the SEMS of the Bukhara region. During the visit, a solemn farewell ceremony was organized for the retirement of V.Sh.Kushayev, who had been serving as the head of the service since 2009.
During the event, V.Sh.Kushayev's many years of work, his contribution to the development of the service, as well as the achievements made during his leadership period and his merits in raising the enterprise were noted.
In addition, the issue of appointing a new head was considered at the event. The specialist, who has been working in this service since 2011 as an engineer, N.R.Juraev, was appointed to the position of head of the service.
The new head, N.R.Juraev, stated that as the new head of the enterprise, he will pay great attention to expanding the technical capabilities of SEMS, implementing modern technologies, and effectively managing radio monitoring processes.
