At the present stage of development of each country, corruption remains one of the most serious threats to the development of the state and society. Uncompromising attitude to any manifestations of corruption and ruthless fight against it are identified as priorities of managers and employees of state bodies at all levels.
In order to prevent corruption manifestations and promote the anti-corruption work carried out in the country today, on May 19-20, 2022, a two day training seminar on “Compliance control on counter corruption” was organized for employees of departments and services of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise “CEMC” and electromagnetic compatibility services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
Senior lecturer of the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Rafik Ravilevich Shukurov and Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Shukhrat Naimovich Rakhmonov made presentations at the training seminar.
During the seminar, speeches on the essence of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the negative consequences of corruption, the main directions of state policy in the field of countering corruption and relevant regulations were listened to and discussed. At the same time, the essence of the current compliance control system on counter corruption and the five directions of the “State Anti-Corruption Program for 2021-2022” are explained in detail.
