According to the schedule of mobile reception of individuals and legal entities in the regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Services in 2019, the Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility held a mobile reception in Nukus on December 24, 2019 under the chairmanship of the Head of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Republic of Karakalpakstan I.K Reimov.

Opening the mobile reception, I. Reimov, Head of the EMMX of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, said that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 28, 2016 No. PF-4904 "On measures to radically improve the system of dealing with appeals of individuals and legal entities." According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 08 / 1-855 of July 4, 2019, "the leadership of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan spoke about the implementation of the schedule of mobile receptions for individuals and legal entities in the second half of 2019." .
The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On communication", "On radio frequency spectrum", "On regulation of the use of radio frequency spectrum and radio electronic means in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 7, 2005 No 1531 And the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 23, 2005 No. 1532 gave a detailed understanding of the content and essence of the Regulations "On cooperation between ministries and agencies in the organization of the event."
He gave relevant explanations on the process of timely and positive resolution of appeals of individuals and legal entities, the process of obtaining (issuing), designing, building (installing), using and importing permits for the import of radio electronic devices and high-frequency devices in the Republic of Uzbekistan. He informed about the powers and responsibilities of the radio frequency authorities, as well as the procedure and deadlines for consideration of applications and registration of permits, the work being done to fully cover the territory of the Republic with digital television.
Also, the head of QR EMMX I.Reimov said that new technologies, satellite communication systems, digital television, data transmission networks, international coordination of frequencies, its problems and solutions, the introduction of 5G technology, Wi-Fi system development, advantages and disadvantages, licensing system issues of simplification, development of mobile communication systems and the problems that exist during the adoption of new standards and their solutions were also touched upon.
After that, the head of the EMM service of the Republic of Kazakhstan offered to conduct this mobile reception in the form of an open dialogue and ask participants questions of interest to them. Opinions and comments of representatives of organizations and mobile operators were heard, questions were asked. The questions were answered in detail by I.Reimov, the head of the EMMX of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.Kolanov, the head of the Territorial Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.Serjanov, the head of the Regional Inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
