Upgrade of CEMC specialists group’s skills

Rothschild’s statement about who has information owns a world is broadly known. This proposition completely clear characterizes the situation that is formed in information communication technologies sector (ICT). Quick development requires ICT specialists always to be ready to accept new development tendency, receive information about situations, about new technology perspectives. One of the ways to achieve this aim is to improve specialist’s professional skills. Lately, group of CEMC specialists improved its skills at the St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after prof. Bonch-Bruevich (SUT) on the “The radio control and measurement of radiation parametres of transmitters”. SUT – is a leading technical university in Russia, one of the oldest institutes of higher education, prepares specialists in telecommunication field. University offers the possibility to get education of all the levels, from mean to top levels, more than 20 specialties as technical as humanities, and also improve their skills through additional education. High rating of SPB SUT among other technical universities in Russia is provided and supported by its high qualified teachers and scientists, who use the newest methods, means and forms of teaching. The basic program of improvement of professional skills has been directed on studying radio monitoring problems, and also lectures on themes convergence of radio services, conditions, the prospects, new tendencies in development of mobile communication systems and a radio access, and also questions on a resource of approaching payment of utilization a radio-frequency spectrum have been presented. Besides, it has been organized a trip to the outer-space communication Center «KOMIN». The given center is not only the largest supplier of telecommunication services, but also lets out the equipment for a satellite communication. Also it has been organized visits to the new educational case of the St.-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after prof. M.A.Bonch-Bruevicha, which was opened in 2008.
