The management of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMC" organized another visiting reception in the Surkhandarya region as part of an open dialogue with representatives of civil society institutions.
The event took place in the building of the Surkhandarya branch of Uzbektelecom JSC. The head of the Surkhandarya Electromagnetic Compatibility Service, T.K. Ashurov, spoke at the opening of the reception. In his speech, he noted the importance of improving the system of working with appeals from individuals and legal entities, strengthening state support for civil society institutions, as well as regularly holding off-site receptions for heads of state bodies.
Then the floor was given to the Deputy Head of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMC" A.Kh. Khashimkhodjaev, who explained in detail the main issues on the agenda to the participants of the event. In particular:
• Information was presented on the development and regulation of the electromagnetic compatibility sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Explanations were provided on identifying and solving problems faced by citizens and business entities.
• A detailed explanation was given of the changes made in accordance with Law No. 701 "On Licensing, Permitting and Notification Procedures" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 801.
• Benefits for owners of radio electronic equipment (REE) and high-frequency devices (HFD), simplification of the procedure for obtaining permits, reduction of the terms of document processing and reduction of bureaucratic procedures were announced.
In addition, the participants of the event were provided with explanations about the services provided through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as about the procedure for importing and registering RES and HFD in electronic format through the State Customs Committee.
During the event, the specialist of the communication department of the signaling and communication distance of the Terminsky branch of JSC "Railway Infrastructure" O. Bakarov asked a question about the transition from analog standards to digital radio-electronic means. A.Kh. Khashimkhodjaev gave an exhaustive answer to this question.
During the off-site reception, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them, as well as seek advice from specialists of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMC" and the Surkhandarya Electromagnetic Compatibility Service. An open dialogue allowed industry representatives and citizens to discuss current issues and exchange opinions.
This event is aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of work in the field of electromagnetic compatibility.
