Subscribers’ conveniences in telecommunications services have been expanded

The document introduces a number of important innovations aimed at making telecommunications services more convenient and user-friendly for citizens.

Extended number retention period
If there are insufficient funds on a subscriber’s account, the period before terminating the contract (transferring the number to an unavailable status) will be extended from 2 months to 1 year, allowing users to keep their numbers longer.

Free tariff plan changes
Subscribers will be able to change their current tariff plan to any other free of charge, except for special tariffs designed for specific groups or limited areas.

Advance notification of tariff changes
If tariff conditions are changed, subscribers must be informed at least 15 days in advance via mass media, official websites, or SMS notifications.

Services closer to citizens
To create additional convenience, mobile communication services will be provided at the place of residence for citizens who are unable to visit service points, including those living in remote and hard-to-reach areas.

These measures are aimed at improving accessibility, transparency, and comfort in the use of telecommunications services for everyone.
