In order to implement Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 801 dated December 22, 2020, employees of the Department for the Prevention of Offenses No. 5 of the Yunusabad district of the Tashkent city Police Department, together with specialists from the State Unitary Enterprise “CEMS”, conducted an operational event in March of this year in the IMPERIAL CLUB CITY residential complex located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.
As a result of the operational event, it was established that in the IMPERIAL CLUB CITY residential complex, citizen A.B. illegally used the Baofeng BF-888S radio electronic device without the appropriate permits from the radio frequency authority.
Upon this fact of the offense, employees of the Department for the Prevention of Offenses No. 5 of the Yunusabad district of the Tashkent city Police Department temporarily seized radio-electronic equipment in the presence of witnesses, and documents for taking measures in accordance with the procedure established by law were sent to the Territorial Department of the city of Tashkent "UZKOMNAZORAT" Inspection for control in the field of informatization and Telecommunications under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
