State Unitary Enterprise “Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility” notifies about the provision of the following new services:
1. Carrying out work to measure the area of reliable reception of television (TV) and radio broadcasting (RB) transmitters for legal entities and individuals on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Measurements are carried out in accordance with the State Standard of Measurement Methods O‘z DSt 2126:2013 “Zones of reliable reception of terrestrial digital television broadcasting”. Applications are accepted for execution after submission on the website www.cemc.uz, and the timing of the work and its cost are determined on a contractual basis.
During the measurement process, when determining the degree of coverage of the service area of existing transmitters with reliable reception of signals, the responsible employee plans to carry out measurement work, attracts additional personnel, as well as the necessary equipment, and at the same time, technical measures are carried out on a paid contractual basis.
The measurement result is provided in the form of a measurement report and a map, indicating the coverage area. If necessary, conclusions and recommendations regarding signal coverage are provided.
2. Carrying out work (test drive) to measure the coverage signals of mobile communication network transmitters for legal entities and individuals on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Measurements are made in accordance with the State Standard of Measurement Methods O'zDSt 3207:2023 “Norms and methods for assessing the quality of services of mobile communication networks” and O’zDSt 1139:2015 “Transmitters of all categories and purposes for civil purposes.” Applications are accepted for execution after submission on the website www.cemc.uz, and the timing of the work and its cost are determined on a contractual basis.
During the measurement process, the measurement of the service area of the transmitters of the existing served mobile base station (BS) is carried out either individually (for one BS and one mobile communication standard) or in a general manner (for several BS and several mobile communication standards).
The result of individual measurements is provided in the form of a measurement protocol and a map, indicating the coverage area, and when measuring in a general manner, the data will be presented in the form of a map. If necessary, conclusions and recommendations regarding signal coverage are provided.
3. Carrying out work to measure coverage signals of data networks (in particular Wi-Fi) for legal entities and individuals on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Applications are accepted for execution after submission on the website www.cemc.uz, and the timing of the work and its cost are determined on a contractual basis.
During the measurement process, the service area of transmitters (routers) serving communications transmitted over the network (in particular Wi-Fi) is measured.
The result of individual measurements is provided in the form of a measurement report and a map indicating the coverage area. If necessary, conclusions and recommendations regarding improving signal coverage are provided.
