Training courses for radio operators of territorial divisions were conducted at the Training Center of SUE "CEMS"

In accordance with the Training Center's curriculum for 2025, a training course was organized for radio operators of territorial units from August 12 to 14 this year. A total of 12 students took part in the course.

The introductory part of the training course was conducted by the deputy head of the State Unitary Enterprise CEMS, A. Hashimkhodzhaev, who shared the latest news regarding the use of the radio frequency spectrum (RF) in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the global experience in using RF and long-term plans for the development of the enterprise.

In addition, the head of the Training Center, Sh. Kerimov, gave an insight into satellite technologies, the stages of their development, areas of application and new standards.

• The practical part of the training course was conducted in the form of students participating in individual classes, divided into groups.

During the practical training:

A. Ismailov, a leading engineer of the radio monitoring and technical development Service, was given instructions on how to perform direction finding and measurements using antennas based on measurement modes using measurement techniques, as well as on planning, maintaining, recording and maintaining the activity of radio monitoring data in accordance with the VNDP 04 document.

K. Chekalin, a category I engineer of the Radio Monitoring and Technical Development Service, explained the procedure for conducting and analyzing measurements of modern communication systems using appropriate software, and also informed about the stages of development of standards and technologies of the 4th and 5th generation of mobile radio communications.

The leading engineer of the training center, T. Hidoyatov, introduced the audience to the methods of measuring the technical parameters of television and radio broadcasting signals, such as DVB-T2, DAB+, comparing theoretical calculations with practical results in determining the signal coverage area and modern capabilities used in the measurement process.

Upon completion of the training, students had the opportunity to expand their theoretical knowledge and further develop practical skills.
