On July 3 of this year, a regular legal education session was conducted via the “ZOOM” platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility,” as well as for staff of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
During this training session, special attention was paid to the following issues:
The content and essence of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-14 dated January 20, 2025, were thoroughly explained to the participants. In accordance with this decree, the state university “Cyber University” was established under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. During the online session, educational and awareness-raising materials developed by this university were presented, and participants were informed about the opportunities for acquiring modern knowledge in the field of digital technologies.
In addition, the content of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-167 dated May 31, 2023, “On additional measures to improve the cybersecurity system of critical information infrastructure facilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan,” was discussed in detail. The document emphasizes strengthening the cybersecurity of state information systems, ensuring the reliable protection of information resources, and implementing systematic measures against cyber threats.
Furthermore, the content and essence of the topic “Effective Use of Modern Information Technologies in Government Agencies” were explained.
At the end of the training session, participants’ questions were answered and practical recommendations on the discussed topics were provided.
