On June 26 of this year, another legal training hour was held for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "Electromagnetic Compatibility Center," the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions through the "ZOOM" platform.
In the training session, N. Juraev, a Category I engineer of the Bukhara Regional SEMS, explained in detail the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Radio Frequency Spectrum" No. This law is the main regulatory legal act on the effective and safe use of the radio frequency spectrum, coordination of the activities of radio communication facilities, as well as ensuring electromagnetic compatibility.
Also, Deputy Head A.Kh. Khashimkhodzhaev spoke at the lesson and highlighted the practical aspects of the law. Using real-life examples, he explained the requirements of the law and how they are applied in everyday work. In particular, he elaborated on the prevention of cases of illegal use of radio frequencies, problems arising in the implementation of state control, and mechanisms for their resolution.
