On July 17 of this year, another hour of legal training was conducted through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the SUE "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility", Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
During this training hour, special attention was paid to the following issues:
In particular, the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025" dated December 24, 2024, No. ZRU-1011, which explains the main directions of budget policy, priorities of government spending and important aspects of ensuring financial discipline, is highlighted. The purpose of this Law is to regulate relations related to the formation and execution of the Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025.
Also, during the training session, the participants were given a detailed explanation of the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Secrets" dated December 24, 2024, No. ZRU-1016. The purpose of this Law is to define the legal and organizational bases for classifying information as state secrets, to regulate relations arising from the use and protection of state secrets, as well as the implementation of other activities related to state secrets in the interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Within the framework of this law, the procedure for issuing biometric passports for employees related to state secrets abroad, the stages of obtaining these passports in the personnel department, as well as the procedure for collecting related documents are explained in detail.
At the end of the training session, all the questions of the participants were answered in detail by specialists. Such events serve to increase the legal literacy of employees and ensure the effectiveness of work based on legislation.
