On April 10 of this year, a seminar on emergency response procedures was held for the staff of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise “Electromagnetic Compatibility Center,” as well as for employees of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
The seminar featured presentations by D. Omonov — Head of the Technogenic Emergency Department of the Tashkent City Department of Emergency Situations, and A. Khayitbayev — Head of the Emergency Prevention Unit of the Yashnobod District. They provided participants with detailed explanations on how to act during emergencies.
As is known, human life is at risk during emergencies. Therefore, knowing how to act correctly in such situations is of utmost importance.
As part of the “Fire Safety Month,” a visual training session was conducted at the Committee for Sanitary-Epidemiological Wellbeing and Public Health, focusing on “Prevention and elimination of emergencies, protection of the population and territories, and earthquakes and their consequences.”
Particular attention was paid to protecting the population from poisoning by natural gas and carbon monoxide, explosions caused by gas-air mixtures, and fire incidents. The importance of preventing seasonal emergencies was also emphasized. Real-life examples were shared.
Participants were informed about the importance of following established rules in enterprises, institutions, and residential areas, and how to act properly in case of an emergency.
The importance of complying with safety requirements before starting work, during operations, in emergencies, and at the end of the workday was also emphasized.
During the event, explanatory sessions were held on the topic, highlighting that vigilance and correct actions are key in any situation. Participants also received answers to their questions.
