On August 6 of this year, employees of the SEMC of the Jizzakh region and the Department of Internal Affairs of the Sh. Rashidov district carried out an operational event in the Sh. Rashidov district on the basis of the “Action Plan for 2024 for organizing control over compliance with the procedure for the sale, acquisition, installation, import and use of radio electronic devices and high-frequency devices, as well as the elimination of radio interference”.
During these events, it was revealed that three catering establishments illegally used portable radio stations in the amount of 7 pieces, which were confiscated by employees of the Sh. Rashidov District Department of Internal Affairs with the execution of relevant reports. Based on this fact of the offense, materials were prepared for taking measures based on Article 152 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
