Corruption threatens the future!

The main source determining the legal mechanism for counter corruption in our country is the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On counter Corruption", the main purpose of which is to regulate relations in the field of counter corruption in our state. The Law defines corruption as the unlawful use by a person of his official position in personal interests in order to obtain material or non-material benefits, as well as the illegal provision of such an opportunity.

Indeed, corruption is deeply rooted mainly where legislation is insufficiently developed and procedures are not transparent. Lack of resources or illegal actions of some impure officials can also be the causes of corruption cases.

It should be noted that comprehensive measures aimed at counter corruption and preventing the commission of these types of crimes are being systematically implemented in our country.

The Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of Kashkadarya region also conducts important organizational and legal measures in the field of counter corruption, aimed at increasing the legal awareness and legal culture of employees, the formation of an intolerant attitude to corruption in society. In particular, an event on the topic "Compliance control anti-corruption" was organized by SUE "CEMC" through the Zoom platform. The event discussed in detail the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-240 dated May 11 of this year "On measures to improve mechanisms for eliminating corruption risks in the field of public administration and expanding public participation in this area" and the measures outlined therein.

Summing up, it is important to note that the legislative acts adopted in our country in this direction serve as a legal mechanism to combat this evil, which negatively affects the development of the state and society.
