"Combating Corruption: From Action to Results"

On April 17 of this year, the Samarkand Regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Service hosted a roundtable discussion on the topic of “Combating Corruption,” aimed at improving skills in countering and preventing corruption.

The roundtable was led by the Head of the Samarkand Regional SEMC, Mr. H.T. Tojiev.

During the discussion, employees of the Samarkand Regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Service were informed that corruption is a vice that undermines the development of society and destroys the lives of both individuals and the community as a whole.

The staff was briefed on the essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Combating Corruption” and on the procedures to follow when identifying cases related to corruption and conflicts of interest.

The SEMC staff drew meaningful conclusions from the roundtable, which was conducted in the form of engaging questions and answers.
