Anti-corruption!

The effectiveness of any activity depends on its implementation, based on certain principles. Undoubtedly, this rule also applies to the effectiveness of measures implemented in the field of anti-corruption.

Based on this, on August 21, 2024, a round table was held at the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Samarkand Region on the topic “Anti-corruption” in order to improve skills in combating corruption and preventing it.

The round table was moderated by A. Azimov, an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region, and Kh. Tozhiev, the head of the SEMС of the Samarkand region.

Currently, our republic is systematically implementing measures aimed at combating corruption and preventing the commission of this type of crime. The fight against corruption has become the highest priority area of government policy in Uzbekistan. This can be seen in the examples adopted in the industry in recent years, conceptually significant regulations, as well as administrative reforms aimed at preventing corruption. One such example is the digitalization of every industry.

Specialists introduced the content and essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Combating Corruption,” approved on January 3, 2017.
