LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE FIGHT OF CORRUPTION

The renewed policy of our state is to raise justice and the rule of law to the highest level in society, introduce modern and effective public administration, and create a culture of strict intolerance towards any form of corruption in the public service.

For this purpose, in accordance with the anti-corruption program of the SUE “Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility”, on December 22 of this year, a training seminar was held at the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the topic “Legal basis for combating corruption.”

The legal adviser of the Nukus branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi T. Makhamatdinov took part in the seminar and made a report. During the seminar, he gave information about the legal basis for the fight against corruption in our country, the main directions of state policy in this area and the powers of government bodies in the fight against corruption.

In addition, he spoke about the open electronic register of persons found guilty of corruption-related crimes and the award ceremony of the International Anti-Corruption Award, held on December 19 in Uzbekistan.
