On April 17 of this year, a meeting was held at the SUE CEMS under the leadership of Deputy Chief A.Hashimkhodzhaev, with the participation of a leading antimonopoly compliance specialist V.Guseinov, heads of services, departments and regional SEMS.
During the meeting, the attention of those present was focused on the fact that in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition", "On Public Procurement", "On Consumer Rights Protection", as well as Resolution No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 2.03.2021 on the introduction of antimonopoly compliance, in order to ensure their high-quality and full-fledged execution, the SUE "CEMS" it was also developed by the order of the Head No. 7-F dated February 25, 2025. The "Program of measures to reduce the risk of violations of competition law and consumer protection for 2025" has been approved.
A study of the progress of the Program in the 1st quarter of 2025 showed that, in general, the heads of departments and services of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMS" and the heads of the CEMS as a whole responsibly approached the implementation of the Order regarding the organization and conduct of technical training and seminars.
At the same time, some omissions were noted, in connection with which an exchange of views took place on the implementation of the Program points, measures planned for implementation to eliminate existing individual shortcomings, as well as to improve the implementation of the Program of Antimonopoly measures were discussed.
