On May 25, the 64th International Flower Festival started in Namangan. The opening of this traditional holiday, which has been held annually since August 1961, was also attended by employees of the SAMS of Namangan region.

According to the tradition of the festival, at 10:00 a.m., a convoy of more than 200 vehicles covered with colorful flowers headed from Namangan International Airport to the Babur Cultural and Recreation Park.

The motorcade, which covered a distance of 10 kilometers, had not only retro, but also modern cars. Each of the cars belonging to various government organizations, the khokimiyat and higher educational institutions of the region was decorated in its own way.

The Governor of Namangan region, Shavkatjon Abdurazakov, spoke at the opening ceremony, noting that the prestige of the festival is growing every year.
