On November 26th of this year, a regular training and practical seminar for employees of organizations using radio-electronic means (RES) was held in a hybrid mode at the SEMS of Navoi region. The main goal of the event was to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of organizations regarding the requirements of regulatory legal documents in the field of radio frequency spectrum use.
At the seminar, service engineers J.Khuzhaev and J.Karimov provided information on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 725-I dated 25.12.1998 "On the Radio Frequency Spectrum" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 801 dated 22.12.2020 "On streamlining the issuance of permits for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, as well as the use of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices."
Information was provided on the amendments made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 801 by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 417 dated August 23, 2023, and on the services provided through the Single Portal of State Services, as well as on the new services introduced in the SEMS SUE.
In addition, explanations were given regarding the content of the decisions of the Republican Council on Radio Frequencies No. 686 dated February 23, 2023, "On Simplifying the Procedure for Using Radio-Electronic Devices of Land Mobile Radio Communication in the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan," No. 610 dated October 19, 2020, "On Simplifying the Procedure for Using Fixed Service Radio-Electronic Devices," and No. 612 dated October 29, 2020, "On Simplifying the Procedure for Using Radio-Electronic Devices of Data Transmission Systems."
