Illegally used radio-electronic means have passed a technical examination

In order to ensure the implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 22, 2020 No. 801 "On streamlining the issuance of permits for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, as well as the use of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices," a plan of joint activities for 2025 was approved.

In accordance with the approved plan, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Bukhara region regularly carries out radio monitoring activities.

In October 2025, during regular radio monitoring activities, instances of illegal use of portable radio stations on the territory of gas stations and public catering establishments located in the Bukhara region were revealed.

The radio-electronic devices, temporarily seized by the city and district branches of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Bukhara region, were transferred to the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of Bukhara region for technical examination. The radio-electronic devices transferred to the Bukhara Regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Service underwent a technical examination, and the technical examination conclusions were sent to the relevant authorities.

In order to eliminate the identified violations, the relevant materials were sent to the territorial branch of the "Uzkomnazorat" Inspection for Bukhara region under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
