The Women's Network for the World Radiocommunication Conference (NOW4WRC) is an initiative aimed at promoting gender equality and increasing women's participation in the ITU Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R).

Part of this initiative is a Mentoring Program that aims to empower women delegates by deepening their understanding of Radio Regulations, the working methods of ITU-R Study Groups, and the international preparatory processes for WRC-27.

1. Register: To participate in the mentoring program, you must fill out the registration form on the official website https://www.itu.int / until April 30, 2025. 

2. Wards will be matched with mentors based on the most relevant criteria from their registration forms, including interests, language, regional preferences, and the maximum number of wards per mentor.

3. The program will last until WRC-27 and will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas during ITU-R events.
