The state language is the main language in which all official documents, state administration, education, court, mass media, and diplomatic communication are conducted in the country. It serves the unity of the nation and is one of the main signs of state sovereignty.

Every year on October 21, Uzbek Language Day is celebrated in our country. The adoption of the Law "On the State Language of the Republic of Uzbekistan" on October 21, 1989, marked a historic turning point in the revival of our national identity. This day has become a symbol of national pride, spiritual awakening, and independent thinking of our people. Therefore, the Uzbek Language Festival is not only a language celebration but also a celebration of national pride, patriotism, historical memory, and independence.

In the current era of globalization, the preservation and development of national languages has become a pressing issue. The Uzbek language, which does not lose its place among world languages, but, on the contrary, develops based on the demands of the time, expresses the cultural power of our people.

The creation of software for the Uzbek language in the field of information technology, the internet, artificial intelligence, the expansion of electronic dictionaries, translation systems, and language corpora determines the current stage of language development.

The acquisition of a language as a state language has incomparable historical significance in the life of every nation. Because the state language is the expression of national sovereignty, self-awareness, and political independence.
