On July 29, 2025, another training session was organized for employees of the Radio Frequency Assignment Coordination and Accounting Service of the SUE Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility.
The lesson was conducted by a leading expert on antimonopoly compliance, V.L. Guseinov. During the event, the provisions of the Code of Administrative Responsibility were explained in detail to the participants.
During the training, special attention was paid to the following issues:
Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition" No. ZRU-850 dated July 3, 2023;
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 221-I dated April 26, 1996;
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Advertising" No. ZRU-776 dated June 7, 2022;
➡️ Activities and analytics carried out by the Committee for Competition Development and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Legislation in the field of administrative responsibility;
➡️ Liability measures and the procedure for their application;
Analysis of articles of the Administrative Code relevant to industry specialists;
A detailed explanation of the responsibility of officials for violating the laws "On Competition" and "On Consumer protection" in accordance with article 178 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Also:
- strictly comply with internal regulatory documents, regulations and perform their duties efficiently at all stages of their official activities, taking into account the risks of violation of antimonopoly legislation when considering applications from individuals and legal entities for services in the emergency situations and studying written appeals in order to prevent violations of competition law and consumer protection;
- during the consideration of applications from consumers of public services on the unified portal my.gov.uz to issue permits for import, purchase (transfer), installation (construction), operation of distribution zones, elimination of radio interference, coordination of radio frequency bands and examination, to ensure, in accordance with the established procedure, high-quality and timely study and registration of necessary documents;
- to prevent violations of the deadlines for reviewing consumer applications and issuing permits, as well as unjustified additional receipt of documents of unknown form from individuals and legal entities;
- ensure effective control over the above-mentioned activities of managers.
It was clearly explained to the staff of the service that they are personally responsible for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the correct registration of permits.
During the event, the participants had the opportunity to ask their questions and receive detailed answers. Such training sessions contribute to improving the legal literacy of employees and ensure strict observance of the principles of legality in their professional activities.
