On August 8 of this year, another hour of legal training was held through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility", the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
During this training hour, Chief Inspector for Compliance T. Islamov explained the content of the draft Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Conflict of Interest".
Also, Category 2 Engineer of the SEMS of the Kashkadarya Region B. Rakhmonov explained the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Civil Service" dated 08.08.2022 No. URL-788.
The purpose of the present Law shall be the regulation of relations in the field of public civil service.
The main principles of the public civil service shall be:
unity and stability of the public civil service system;
legality;
justice;
serving the people;
responsibility of state bodies and officials to society and citizens;
priority of human rights, liberties and legitimate interests;
openness and transparency;
objectivity, professionalism and competence;
equality of rights of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for access to the public civil service;
legal and social protection of public civil servants.
