On August 15 of this year, another hour of legal training was conducted through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise “Center of Electromagnetic Compatibility”, Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions.
During the training hour, SEMC engineer of the Khorezm region M. Kadyrov explained the content of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On energy saving, rational use and increasing energy efficiency” dated August 7, 2024 No. LRU-940.
Currently, the demand for energy resources in our country is growing with the growth of the economy, in particular, with the development of production and the service sector, as well as with population growth. In this case, in order to organize the satisfaction of the demand of all consumers for energy resources through saving, efficient use, and increasing the energy efficiency of available energy resources, on July 9, 2024, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Energy Saving, Rational Use and Improving Energy Efficiency” was adopted, consisting of 11 chapters and 55 articles.
To develop standards for improving energy efficiency, the Agency for Technical Regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan is an authorized body and, together with other responsible ministries and departments, develops national standards that establish requirements for energy-saving technologies and equipment.
Also, the foreman of the Administrative and Economic Service O. Kariev explained the contents of the instructions for organizing the internal security regime, the transmission system and the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMC".
