STUDY HOUR

On March 14 of this year, another hour of legal training was conducted through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility", the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions.

 

During this training hour, 1st category SEMС engineer of the Navoi region Zh. Karimov explained the content of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of rules for the protection and safe operation of non-state television and radio broadcasting facilities” dated April 14, 2014 No. 92.

The following terms and definitions are used in these Rules:

subject of non-state television and radio broadcasting - a legal entity that has a license from the authorized body for the right to carry out activities for the distribution (broadcast, retransmission) of television and radio programs in the manner established by law;

object of non-state television and radio broadcasting - an object (buildings, structures and individual premises) for administrative and technical purposes of a non-state subject of television and radio broadcasting;

restricted access premises - a premises of a non-state television and radio broadcasting facility in which television and radio transmitting means, cable television studios are located, and also the formation of television and radio programs, on-air studios, sound and video recording studios with the possibility of live broadcasting of television and radio programs is carried out;

on-air studio - a technical room for recording and live broadcasting of television and radio programs;

sound and video recording studio - a technical room for sound and video recordings for television and radio broadcasts;

cable television studio - a room where television and radio programs and other telecommunication messages are produced and distributed in a certain territory using only cable television channels that are not available for free viewing.

Also, 1st category SEMC engineer of the Syrdarya region, Zh. Raimjanov, explained the content of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan On the state program for the implementation of the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy in the “Year of Support for Youth and Business,” which describes in detail the action plan in five main areas:

1. Creating decent conditions for each person to realize their potential;

2. Ensuring the well-being of the population through sustainable economic growth;

3. Conservation of water resources and environmental protection;

4. Ensuring the rule of law, organizing government to serve the people;

5. Consistent continuation of a policy based on the principle of a “safe and peaceful state.”

Timely implementation of the action plan will have a direct impact on the successful implementation of large-scale reforms, the construction of a free and prosperous, strong New Uzbekistan, the creation of every citizen every opportunity to develop their potential, the education of a healthy, educated and spiritually developed generation, the formation of a strong economy that has become an important link in global production , as well as guaranteed provision of justice, the rule of law, security and stability.
