At this training hour, 1st category SEMС engineer of the Syrdarya region Zh.S. Raimdzhanov explained the content of the Resolution of the Cabinet
of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 20, 2023 No. 208 “On measures to improve the qualifications of employees of republican and local executive authorities responsible for the development of information and communication technologies, and organization of rating assessments".
Participants in the training hour were provided with the following information: advanced training of workers should be carried out in all types of educational institutions, regardless of the organizational and legal form, on the basis of training programs approved by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the minimum duration of training for employees in advanced training courses should be 24 hours; the literacy of employees who have completed advanced training courses in information and communication technologies is assessed by the working body within two months; reimbursement of all expenses associated with advanced training of employees is carried out at the expense of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds of government bodies that sent them for advanced training; the working body can carry out the rating assessment process together with organizations that have assessment systems and the necessary infrastructure; expenses associated with organizational and technical support for rating assessment processes and the use of the services of organizations with modern assessment tools are carried out at the expense of the Information and Communication Technologies Development Fund; The Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Agency for Civil Service Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from August 1.
