In accordance with the joint work plan for 2024 and in order to strengthen cooperation with law enforcement agencies, on September 30 of this year, SEMC engineers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan M. Dlekeyev and N. Narimov organized a training seminar for the personnel of the Nukus District Department of Internal Affairs.
The head of the Nukus District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel K.S. Kallibekov, chaired this training seminar.
The seminar participants were familiarized with the requirements of the Regulation "On the interaction of ministries and departments in organizing control over compliance with the procedure for the acquisition (transfer), sale and (or) installation (construction), import, use of radio electronic equipment and high-frequency devices, as well as in eliminating radio interference" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 22, 2020 No. 801.
It was noted that in accordance with this Regulation, public safety prevention inspectors of the District Department of Internal Affairs must participate in joint events to control the use of REM and HFE.
Explanations were also given on the procedure for joint work in cases where illegally operating radio electronic devices are identified.
