Using radio-electronic equipment without permission will result in administrative liability!

Employees of the regional department of digital technologies of the Andijan region, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service with regional law enforcement agencies, as well as the control inspection in the field of information technology and telecommunications of the Andijan region, as a result of joint work on conducting raids over 9 months of this year, identified 74 cases of illegal import, sale and use of radio-electronic equipment .

During these activities, 116 devices were identified, including 93 Baofeng BF-888S, 5 Grifon G34, 2 Kenwood, 2 iCom radio communications (walkie-talkies). It was found that 9 GSM repeaters, 4 GNSS AF302 GPS devices (automatic guidance system) and 1 GNS GPS South Galaxy 1 geodetic unit were illegally used.

 

In accordance with current legislation, the Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility is entrusted with the task of regulating the use of the radio frequency spectrum with the help of radio-electronic devices for civil purposes - accounting, distribution and control of radio frequencies and radio-electronic devices.
