The qualifications of SEMC employees of the Samarkand region have been increased in the area of ​​working with appeals from individuals and legal entities.

On February 21-22 of this year, the Center for the Training of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a 12-hour course “Advanced training for employees of government bodies and organizations that work with appeals from individuals and legal entities.”

  

Regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of considering appeals from individuals and legal entities, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2017 No. UP-445 “On appeals from individuals and legal entities”, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 7, 2018 No. 341 “Model regulations on the procedure for working with appeals from individuals and legal entities in government bodies, in government agencies and organizations with state participation,” as well as on the content of a number of relevant regulations, areas of their application and the procedure for working on the basis of these documents, Course participants were given detailed explanations in this course.

In particular, the speakers organized training seminars for course participants on types of appeals, basic principles for considering appeals, features of considering appeals from minors, the experience of foreign countries in considering appeals from individuals and legal entities, the role and procedure for the activities of the virtual reception office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and people's reception offices at places when considering appeals, the right to collective appeal, the basics of monitoring and control of appeals, as well as statistics of the main problems raised in appeals by industry. 

During the course, employees were provided with information about responsibility for violating the legislation on appeals, including the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and the Criminal Code. 

During the training course, the qualifications of employees were improved on the legal basis of the work of government bodies and organizations with appeals from individuals and legal entities. 

 

At the end of the training course, the course participants were awarded the appropriate certificates of compliance by the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
