May 22-23, 2018 specialists of SUE "CEMS" took part in the ITU regional seminar "Development Trends and Experience in Using Satellite Communications Technologies" in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
The event was organized by the Telecommunication Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union in cooperation with Giprosvyaz OJSC and with the support of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus.
The following issues were considered at the seminar:
• Regulatory, regulatory and administrative aspects of the development of satellite communications technologies;
• technical aspects of the development of satellite communication technologies;
• effective use of spectrum and orbital resources;
• prospects for the development of satellite communications technologies.
The seminar program also includes a visit to the BELINTERSAT-1 ground control satellite system.
