On February 9, 2022, interruptions in the work of mobile operators occurred in the city of Urgench due to the impact of radio interference on mobile base stations.
On February 10-11, 2022, employees of the SEMC of the Khorezm region conducted radio monitoring activities in order to verify this information and identify the source of radio interference.
According to the results of radio monitoring, it was revealed that the source of radio interference are devices used to amplify mobile communication signals, i.e. repeaters installed by one legal entity and one individual.

Warnings have been issued to the above-mentioned persons in accordance with the established procedure, the work of repeaters has been stopped, sources of radio interference have been eliminated.
