Study hour

On January 25 of this year, another hour of legal training was conducted through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility", the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions.

 

At this training hour, category 2 engineer of the Office Management and Quality Control Service of Production Processes D. Shermatova explained the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On appeals from individuals and legal entities” dated September 11, 2017 No. LRU-445.

 

The following basic concepts apply in this Law:

application - an application for assistance in the implementation of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests;

proposal - an appeal containing recommendations for improving state and public activities;

complaint - an appeal for the restoration of violated rights, freedoms and protection of legitimate interests;

electronic appeal - an appeal submitted in the prescribed manner through information and communication technologies, including those posted on the official website of a government body or organization, with the exception of oral appeals submitted using information and communication technologies in real time;

repeated appeal - an appeal received from the same individual or legal entity, which appeals or otherwise expresses disagreement with the decision made on the previous appeal, and also reports about untimely consideration of the previous appeal, if by the time the repeated appeal was received, the deadline established by law had expired review period;

anonymous appeal - an appeal that does not indicate the surname (name, patronymic) of an individual, information about his place of residence or the full name of a legal entity, information about his location (postal address) or contains false information about them, as well as an electronic appeal that does not allowing him to be identified, or a written request not confirmed by a signature;

duplicate appeal - a copy of the appeal of the same individual or legal entity;

public reception - the action of the head or other authorized official of a state body to accept appeals at public meetings with individuals and representatives of legal entities;

video conferencing – interactive interaction of several remote subscribers in real time with the ability to exchange audio and video information using information and communication technologies;

organization with state participation - a commercial organization in the authorized capital of which there is a state share, or a non-profit organization created or established in whole or in part by a government body.
