On August 27 of this year, employees of the SAMS of Surkhandarya region held a training seminar for employees of the Termez district Department of Internal Affairs.
The purpose of the seminar was to ensure the implementation of the Regulation approved by Appendix No. 3 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 801 dated December 22, 2020 — "On the procedure for organizing control over compliance with the rules for the acquisition (transfer), sale and (or) installation (construction), import and use of radio electronic equipment and high-frequency devices, as well as on cooperation between ministries and departments in eliminating radio interference", as well as strengthening cooperation between departments.
Within the framework of the organized seminar, Samajon Safarovich Nabiev, an engineer of the 2nd category of the SAMS of Surkhandarya region, provided explanations to the crime prevention inspectors of the district department of Internal Affairs regarding the procedure for interaction based on the above Provision.
He stressed the need to jointly conduct raids to identify and eliminate cases of illegal use of electronic devices and high-frequency devices, take legal measures to identify violations, issue relevant documentation (seizure of items, examination, sending collected materials to authorized bodies), as well as ensure the participation of district inspectors in this process.
In addition, explanations were provided on issues related to joint control activities.
