On May 10-12 of the current year, command and staff exercise was held in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region on the topic "Actions of management bodies, territorial and functional subsystems of the State System for Emergency situations in the liquidation of emergency situations".
A special scenario has been developed for this command and staff exercise, according to which on May 10, 2022 at 05:30 in the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic, 50 km south-east of the city of Osh, an earthquake of magnitude 5-6 on the Richter scale occurred in the Kichik-Alai mountains of the Kara-Kul ridge. Within a radius of 30 km from the epicenter of the earthquake, there was a complete destruction of settlements and economic facilities, at a distance of 60 km – severe and medium destruction.
In connection with the consequences of a severe and medium nature in the Khojaabad, Bulakbashi and Marhamat districts, in order to improve the work of the territorial and functional subsystems of the state emergency system to reduce and eliminate the complications of these emergencies, the composition of the heads of the State Emergency Service bodies and their forces and means were involved.
During the exercises, knowledge and skills were worked out on the deployment of the ambulance brigade of the district medical association, to receive a large number of victims, eliminate emergency situations in case of fire, search for victims from damaged buildings and evacuation to a safe zone. The knowledge and skills of employees of the state emergency system were improved.
Employees of the SEMC Andijan region participated in command and staff exercise as observers.
