In order to examine the coverage area of mobile communication network in territory of the Bukhara region, the Service of Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Bukhara region, jointly conducted radio monitoring activities with mobile operators.
Engineers of SEMC of the Bukhara region made a measurement of the coverage area of mobile networks operating in GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE standards. Those measurements were held with the help of special radio equipment. Areas where there is no mobile communication were identified during the studies. Information concerning the results of radio monitoring is submitted to the Bukhara Territorial Administration of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
