In recent years, our country has paid much attention to popularizing a healthy lifestyle among the population. An example is the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-6099 of October 30, 2020 "On measures for the widespread introduction of a healthy lifestyle and the further development of mass sports."
The Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of Navoi Region pays special attention to involving employees in regular physical education and mass sports, and developing vital healthy lifestyle skills in them. Regular sports and fitness events and hardening classes are held among employees on a weekly basis. Our colleagues who have decided to introduce a healthy lifestyle into their daily lives actively participate in these events.
In order to implement the above-mentioned Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-6099, on November 11 of this year, sports events and training of service employees were organized under the motto “A healthy mind in a healthy body.” During the events, participants once again demonstrated their physical potential in sports such as table tennis, running and chess.
